He’s lame. I went to his restaurant in the hard rock, and aside from the fact that we spent lotsa $, the manager was a total asshole to remove one of the plates that took over half an hour to come – and when it did, we were all done eating. RIDICULOUS. Change managers, buddy.
ha, i think i may have been part of that party..i rememer being there like an hour for those idiots to figure out the bill, and what plate to take off, the manager was an asshole, and considering the amount of people and business we brought him, they should have had way better service for a place you consider “the bomb” Just because he has a few pics on the wall with celebrities doesnt make him a celebrity chef……food was nothing to write home about, the crowd was full of overly tanned 40 yr women and honkies….
