I think it’s clear from the end of the video that Oscar did more than most scared people would plus he got video evidence. If he had yelled out his window without filming it then the guy just would have denied doing it. Oscar’s a hero anyway you look at it.

I am from the town (El Centro, CA) that this guy (Anthony Sanchez) is from. Not only is this NOT his son, but it is also being said that the kids own mother also beats him. The most disturbing thing is that the child has Autism. Anthony Sanchez was let out on bail, and justice needs to be served!
